What we’re about
Product management is a unique role, balancing strategy, customer insights, design, data, and engineering. It can be exciting and rewarding, but also challenging when you’re navigating trade-offs, influencing without authority, or trying to rally a team around a shared vision.
I’m bringing the spirit of Product Lunch PDX from Portland to Orlando: casual, no-pitch lunches where PMs, designers, engineers, and other builders connect over a meal to share stories, swap lessons, and find support from people who understand the work.
Every other Friday, we’ll rotate through different restaurants around the city and anchor each lunch around a theme, from data-driven product decisions and UX design, to leadership, tools, and lessons learned.
To keep the conversation lively and the tables manageable, each lunch is limited to 10 participants. Be sure to sign up early to grab your seat, and look for an event in your neighborhood as we rotate locations across Orlando.

Product Lunch Orlando is a bi-weekly lunch meetup where product managers, designers, engineers, and others who help build products can connect. The role of a PM can feel like you are the connector for everyone else, yet you don’t always have peers who truly understand the day-to-day challenges of prioritization, alignment, and strategy. Meeting regularly with others creates space to share experiences, learn new approaches, and feel supported by a community that understands product work.
This idea was inspired by Product Lunch PDX in Portland, where product professionals gathered weekly to connect and learn from one another. The goal is to bring that same spirit here in Orlando, building a community of peers who share the realities of product work.
For our first lunch at Colibri Mexican Cuisine in Baldwin Park, we’ll keep it simple: introductions and conversation around building an Orlando product community.
