A startup entrepreneur has many roles to perform in the venture's early days, and one of the most important ones is the PRODUCT OWNER or PRODUCT MANAGER. Good product management has a critical role in startup chances to thrive, and much of the product manager tasks are critical to overcome many of the reasons why startups fail.
Yet, most entrepreneurs are not professional product owners, and many don't even know what they should do as product owners. We want to change that.
The purpose of this group is to help these entrepreneurs, and build a community that will allow them to gain knowledge and best practice to improve their product skills.
Our group will include lectures and talks from experienced entrepreneurs, and professional PMs, that will bring case studies and professional lectures, focusing on the product management challenges, and how to overcome them.
