Why users sign up but never reach value?

Dear Product Management Enthusiasts,

Join Next Product Leaders (NPL) on Sept 16th@12pm PT for a virtual fireside chat with Sanjana Arun, Senior Product Leader at eBay, as we explore why what looks like an onboarding problem may actually be a systems problem.
We’ve teamed up with Product-Led Alliance for this special conversation. Sanjana leads AI-powered Search and Advertising systems at eBay and will give us an advance look at ideas from her upcoming Product-Led Summit San Francisco keynote on September 23.
