Several trends shape how we approach marketing and growth nowadays. Every organization is structured differently. Small companies and startups tend to form full-stack teams, focusing on the entire marketing/growth funnels, while in big corporations these teams tend to be in completely different silos. Startups are rooting for a holistic approach, while in large organizations teams only own parts of the funnel. The presentation will depict how the company structure influences the growth and marketing potentials.

The Lean Startup movement went mainstream and we all have learnt that we need to "Get out of the Building" in order to discover hidden truths about our customers and validate assumptions. Entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in large cooperations often struggle when it comes to talking with their customers. It's hard to avoid asking leading questions, because we are eager to hear compliments. Compliments are no good for validation, but only for your ego. Learn how to learn from customers when everybody is lying to you!

Users have different expectations when they use a web-based product on desktop or on mobile. When they change from one platform to another, the mindset changes immediately. These differences requires different methods during product discovery process. With a small case study about Prezi desktop application I would like to show some tools which can help to identify these different expectations as early as possible.
