### What to expect
A small, informal online discussion for people working in Product, Program, and Project Management.
No presentations. No sales pitch. No generic PM theory.
Instead, we'll talk about the real problems we deal with at work — difficult stakeholders, changing priorities, dependencies, unclear ownership, overloaded teams, missed deadlines, reporting, roadmaps, execution, and everything in between.
### The format
We'll start with quick introductions and then open the floor:
What's one problem you're currently struggling with in your work?
We'll pick a few problems and discuss them together. Bring your own experience, ask questions, share what has worked (or failed) for you, and help others think through their challenges.
You don't need to prepare anything or be an expert.
