Talk:
What makes for a good Software Engineering Growth Framework and why your organization should have one

Bio:
Tyler has made a career of building software teams & products from early-stage to scale-ups. He helped develop and lead the SketchUp 3D modelling products over thirteen years, from its startup days through its acquisition by Google in 2006, and later by Trimble in 2012. He then moved to Europe as the CTO of Prezi (overseeing twenty Engineering teams, spread across Budapest, Berlin, Riga & San Francisco) to deliver a seamless experience for 100M+ Prezi users across the globe. Tyler is now Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) at Catawiki in Amsterdam.

Bio:
Gergely was an engineering manager at Uber, in Amsterdam, heading up mobile, web, and backend teams. He is currently writing the books Building Mobile Apps at Scale and The Software Engineer's Guidebook.

Helping individuals grow starts at the very cradle of your relationship - the hiring process

Bio:
Akos has been in the software industry for over a decade, working with companies such as Prezi and HelloFresh to deliver excellent software solutions to their customers. He has been working for Prezi as an engineering manager for 1,5 years now, managing 8 people in the Content & Integrations cluster of the company. He is the author of the book "Designing Microservices with Django." Living in Berlin, he enjoys sampling beer, foods of all cultures and reading about how to be a better engineering manager.
