Join us for Product Thinking UX Walk #2 as we explore KL Sentral, one of Malaysia's busiest transportation hubs, through the lens of User Experience (UX) and Product Thinking.
Together, we'll observe how people move through the space, identify pain points, discuss what works well, and share ideas to improve the experience.
During the walk, participants will work in small groups to explore topics such as:

No design background is required. Whether you're a UI/UX Designer, Product Manager, Developer, Student, Business Owner, or simply curious about how products and services are designed, you're welcome to join us.
