Product Thinking UI/UX Critique Session

Join us for a small, interactive Product Thinking UI/UX Critique Session where we look at things people use every day and discuss what works, what feels confusing, and how it could be improved.

We may explore tasks such as:

• Making a payment
• Booking an appointment
• Finding information
• Ordering food
• Navigating a place
• Signing up for a service

For each task, we will discuss:
What is the person trying to do?
Where do they struggle?
What could make the experience better?

This session is open to everyone, from any professional background. No design experience is required.

You can also suggest an app, website, service, place or everyday situation you would like the group to discuss.

On the day, we’ll vote together and choose a few examples.
