Shape Up in practice
Have you heard of Shape Up? It’s like Scrum’s edgy cousin who does everything a little differently. Shape Up promises more focus on the right problems, more empowered teams, and delivering more meaningful work on time, but does it really work?
This month we hear from two people who use Shape Up at their companies. Iryna Melnyk from Octopus Deploy, and Jacob Duval from Runn, two very different orgs at different scales.
