Product Calgary is excited to host David Ferris, a Senior Product Manager at Jobber at Platform Calgary on November 9, 2023 to talk about Practical Prioritization. This event is co-sponsored by Platform Calgary and Alberta Innovates.
Whether we are dealing with granular items on a backlog or larger items on a roadmap, prioritization is easier when everybody has an easy input into a transparent process with clear criteria. These shared frameworks are the tools that allow for healthy conflict and ultimately the best decisions....but how do we get there? David Ferris will go over some of the most important and flexible tools for prioritization and you will leave with your own toolkit (spreadsheets) that you can easily adapt to your specific needs.

About the Presenter
David Ferris is a Senior Product Manager at Jobber, where he has seen the Product journey from 6 to 700 employees. He is also a founder/organizer of Product Edmonton and a Director of the Alberta Product Leadership Program, both of which share the goal of community/events aiming to level up Product Management practices in our region.
