This is the first post-election planning meeting for ProductCamp Austin as we kick off weekly sessions leading up to PCA33 on September 27. We'll welcome new board members, assign roles, and dive into execution planning across sessions, marketing, logistics, sponsorship, and day-of operations. Open to all board members, volunteers, and community members interested in supporting PCA33.

1. Welcome & Introductions
- Welcome new board members
- Quick intros and roles (round-robin)
- Overview of post-election transition structure
2. Board Transition & Onboarding
- Review Welcome Packet and expectations
- Confirm access to PCAB Drive, email, and tools
- Assign shadowing/support roles for event execution
3. PCA33 Execution Kickoff
- Review key dates and overall timeline
- Launch session submissions: process, logistics, and owner
- Assign leads for core execution areas:
- Sessions
- Logistics & Venue
- Marketing & Social
- Sponsorship & Community
- Day-of Operations
4. Marketing & Communications
- Review marketing calendar
- Assign content owners for weekly posts and emails
- Confirm timeline for event promo campaigns
5. AI & Automation Tools
- Update on custom GPT for session scheduling and content planning
- Assign support lead for GPT development and implementation
6. Budget & Sponsorship Update
- Review current budget status
- Check in on pending receivables (e.g., Pragmatic Institute Workshop)
- Confirm sponsor outreach and follow-up plan
7. Open Floor
- Address any questions, concerns, or blockers
- Share new ideas or opportunities
8. Recap & Action Items
- Confirm decisions made during meeting
- Assign action item owners
