Join Pedro Nave from the City of Lisbon as he talks about how his team created and designed the Lisbon Pedestrian Accessibility Plan using design thinking techniques and consulting directly with the population of Lisbon.

Who are the speakers:
Nuno Marques is a senior product designer at Cofidis, responsible for the experience of digital operations and implementing digital accessibility standards across multiple products and interfaces.

Pedro Nave is an architect with over 20 years of experience working for the City of Lisbon, and he is currently heading the Lisbon pedestrian accessibility plan.
