Prototyping is the most critical phase of Iterative Design. It’s about communication and hypothesis testing, giving teams a way to experiment something that’s tangible, and shortening the psychological distance between the user and the solution. Let’s learn how to build and test prototypes with Adobe XD, helping enterprises fail fast to succeed sooner.

2:15 PM - 3:45 PM - Lego Labs: An Open Cultural Approach to Team Collaboration & Ideation. Jerry Becker, Product Manager & Darcie Fitzpatrick, Design Lead at Red Hat.

This hands-on and energetic workshop provides a taste of working with the Red Hat Open Innovation Labs "Labs" team, a team focused on teaming with customers to facilitate transformational change. The lego activity the Labs team will simulate includes tools and techniques used during Labs, touching on human-centered design, lean product practices, agile workflow, and continuous delivery.

Open Innovation Labs relies on open culture, open processes and open source to facilitate transformational change through immersive customer engagements, while building digital products. The goals and practices of the work at Labs focuses on cross-functional collaboration and new ways of thinking, some of which will be shared during this session!

Distributed teams have revolutionary perspectives. They also face unique challenges sharing information across distances. We believe that virtual and visual collaboration allow these teams to not only get things done, but level up so they can work on the things that matter.

Join us to practice techniques for making remote facilitation a success. This workshop will help you build confidence digitally and visually collaborating across locations. You will use different devices that make it possible to have a meeting, workshop, or full on conference with your colleagues - from anywhere in the world.
