Bio
Philip is a systemic product and business coach with a background in digital product leadership. He accompanies people on their journey to create a better present for themselves and the entire planet - with courage and solution-focus. He draws on many years of experience in agile product management and leadership as the former CPO of Ecosia. In his day to day he reads, writes, and coaches on personal and career development as well as organizational development in the areas of new work, digitalization, and sustainability.
