Title: ''Traps of Product Management - and how to avoid them''

As Product Managers and Leaders, we constantly keep our senses tuned to the pulse of our products, users, and teams. Yet, we often find ourselves falling into familiar traps. These pitfalls seem to recur across various companies and scenarios. They may be influenced by macroeconomic trends or company strategies, where it is difficult to act on them, yet still possible. Other scenarios might be easy to change right away. While I won't share all possible dysfunctions, I will deep dive into many I experienced personally :-)

We are on a mission to help companies discover and deliver great products faster. We do this by empowering our community to share knowledge generously.
