Maarten Dalmijn, Product Leader & Author will share his model to create organizations for empowered product teams, overcoming the bureaucratic obstacles that spread like tentacles.

Luca Tiberi, Product Manager @ Orbia will share his learnings on achieving goals and being happy as a PM in environments that might not always be as empowering as we’d like them to be.
