Our next meet-up would be on the World Product Day, which is a global annual event celebrating the product management craft and community.

This year, we will discuss AI for Product Management, including how to leverage AI throughout the development life cycle, and what design, product, and organizational challenges come with building with AI.

We will have incredible speakers to share their experiences on building AI products:

- Joe McLean, Product Manager, AI at Miro

ABOUT THE TALKS

• ‘When Does GenAI Make Sense? Real-World Lessons at Adyen’ by Mindy Kasting

Forget the hype, let's talk about using Generative AI for internal teams. Mindy will give easy-to-understand examples of where GenAI could be a game-changer for teams (like in customer support), what their team built, and the straightforward lessons they have learned about when GenAI is a good fit – and when it's not.

• ‘Building AI Products at Miro’ by Joe McLean

AI is transforming how people interact with software, both as users and creators. Joe will talk about his experience building creative software in general, the emergence and acceleration of AI’s incorporation into the creative process, and his specific experiences building and shipping AI features in creator tools at Splice and Miro. He’ll cover the unique design, product, and organizational challenges that come with building with AI, and share perspective on where the space is headed.
