Creating Meaningful Products in an AI World
Details
Hi Product People,
Our next meet-up would be on World Product Day, which is a global annual event celebrating the product management craft and community.
This year, we will discuss the new product playbook, where building is easier than ever, but true success comes from designing what matters—combining AI, emotional connection, and product delight to create products people genuinely love.
We will have incredible speakers:
- Nesrine Changuel, author of 'Product Delight' book
- Steffen Bunzel, Product Lead @ Picnic
ABOUT THE TALKS
- Product Delight: How the best PMs build beloved products
Nesrine Changuel, the author of 'Product Delight', will share the ideas behind her new book and her experiences on what it truly takes to build products people love.
Too many products compete only on features and functionality. But customers don't just buy and use products - they form emotional connections with them. In this talk, Nesrine will explore why delight is the secret ingredient that separates good products from great ones, and how you can start designing for it.
You'll walk away with:
- A fresh perspective on why emotional connection drives customer loyalty and advocacy
- Nesrine's practical frameworks for designing experiences that resonate - including her Delight Grid
- Real-world examples of companies that win by standing out emotionally
- Actionable ways to apply these lessons to your own product strategy and roadmap
🎁 Book Giveaway We'll also be giving away free copies of Product Delight on the night to some attendees — don't miss your chance to take one home!
- What's Left When Building Gets Easy: Lessons from building AI products at Picnic
Steffen is a Product Lead at Picnic Technologies. He leads teams across personalization, search, and AI/ML, working to turn the Picnic app from a digital catalog into an intelligent, personal assistant. Before moving into product, he built recommendation systems as a data scientist and ML engineer. This background shapes how he approaches building products - with short feedback loops and engineers who think like product owners.
