Come join us for short presentation and discussion about the Product Operating Model as defined by Marty Cagan’s Product Management Trilogy - 'Inspired', 'Empowered', 'Transformed'

We will start with a short presentation about the key principles in the Product Operating Model to get the discussion started. You don't have to be familiar with Product Operating Model to attend but background or interest in Product Management is recommended.

If you are interested in learning about the Product Operating Model and Marty Cagan in general, please start with material on YouTube. Marty has multiple presentations and interviews that are great for introduction. If you only read one book, I suggest starting with Transformed.
