About Srinivanasan:
Srini is a Product Manager at Everstage, where he focuses on bringing AI and automation into revenue operations. Before joining Everstage, he spent several years at Freshworks, growing from customer-facing roles to leading product initiatives for Freshsales CRM. Having worked closely with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams, Srini has seen firsthand how stakeholder alignment can make or break execution.

Over the years, he’s learned that building great products starts with building great relationships — understanding different perspectives, communicating clearly, and driving shared ownership. Outside of work, Srini runs Startup Prof, a side project that helps early-stage founders with go-to-market strategy and customer experience.
