Ryan Rumsey
For 20+ years, Ryan worked as a designer and executive Apple, Electronic Arts, USAA, Nestlé, and Comcast. Focused on developing high performing technology, teams, and organizations, he has a hybrid background in interaction design, front-end development, product management, and strategy. He is the author of Business Thinking for Designers and CEO of Second Wave Dive. As CEO of Second Wave Dive, Ryan has aligned the company around three core values: develop leadership abilities of the many, deliberately practice applicable skills in safe spaces, and accelerate confidence through continuous, small, and well-focused changes.

Hector Del Castillo
Hector helps product executives and leaders turn ideas into valuable products. He has launched 30+ profitable products so far. Hector is a product executive with over 20 years of experience working with digital companies with world-class offerings. Mid-market product executives and leaders come to Hector to help spark creativity and innovation within product teams to substantially transform and grow their companies resulting in over 26% increase in product profitability.

Miguel Roblero
Miguel is a Senior UX/Product Designer at Dell Technologies, mentor, and teacher at the UT UX/UI Bootcamp. He leads and consults on internal teams to help implement user centered design best practices. MigueI collaborates with business stakeholders, development teams, and product managers to show how user centered design practices help lower cost, risk and increase revenues in all the products and services that we produce.
Before entering the enterprise software world, and having worked at the Department of Labor, and the largest trucking company in the USA, as a Senior Product/UX designer, he also owned small web business and startup. He was one of the original members of the San Antonio based Geekdom technology co-working space that was based out of the Weston Center.
