ProductTank Barcelona - Back to School: Lightning Talks Edition

Back from summer and ready for some inspiration? Get ready for our Lightning Talks edition.

This one runs differently. There is no fixed lineup and no pre-speaker selected. You propose a talk, the room votes, and the winning talks happen that same night in parallel rooms.
Anyone can submit. If your form is complete, your talk goes on the ballot and the community decides the rest.
How it works

1. Submit your talk HERE between September 4 and September 14. Title, two lines of description, one category.
2. On the night, every proposal goes up on screen and everyone votes.
3. The 6-8 most voted talks run at 19:15, one per room, 20 minutes each.
4. Each room comes back and tells the rest of us what happened.

The four categories

• AI in product. How are you working, what you actually built, tried or broke. Not predictions.
• Product fundamentals. Discovery, prioritization, metrics, strategy. The craft itself.
• Career and interviews. Growing, switching, hiring, getting hired, and what interview loops really look like from either side of the table.
• Failures and lessons learned. The thing that didn't work, and what you know now because of it.
