In this workshop you will learn how you can:
- Focus your team’s experimentation efforts on high risk areas through assumptions mapping and hypothesis design
- Design lean experiments for different scenarios to maximise learning while minimising cost
- Decide when it’s time to pivot or persevere and, if pivoting, decide what type of pivot is appropriate
