World Product Day In Person Workshop: Reducing risk through lean experimentation

It's World Product Day!! And to mark it we are running the long awaited workshop that was sadly cancelled last year. It's going to be worth the wait!

Have you finally managed to get your team excited about experimentation, but aren’t sure how to focus that excitement into designing experiments that matter? What about when your experiments don’t give you the results that you expect? What do you do next?

In this workshop you will learn how you can:

• Focus your team’s experimentation efforts on high risk areas through assumptions mapping and hypothesis design
• Design lean experiments for different scenarios to maximise learning while minimising cost
• Decide when it’s time to pivot or persevere and, if pivoting, decide what type of pivot is appropriate
