We've got two exciting speakers lined up.
🎤 First Koen Boncquet, product lead at Hubspot, will be Cracking the Code of Org Design and dive into Principles gathered from a career in (big) tech. 🚀 It's probably safe to say that every company wants to have autonomous, empowered product teams. But how come these are still quite rare if you look at the industry at large? It seems that there are some common pitfalls and anti-patterns that are holding companies back. This talk will explore the principles that are necessary to create the right environment for true product teams.

👩‍💻 Following that, we have Quinten Vandermeulen, co-founder and head of product at Mbrella, will show Shape-Up in Action: Lessons from 2 years of following Shape-Up in our SaaS startup. 📐 Many tech companies start with Agile methodologies like Scrum, but struggle as they scale. At Mbrella, we faced similar limitations once we reached maturity. We then transitioned to the Shape-Up methodology, which is still proving its worth today after nearly 2 years. How does it work?
