From Ambiguity to Action: Building Products with Clarity

Details
Drowning in a sea of product ambiguity? If misaligned teams, shifting priorities, and a never-ending backlog sound too familiar to you, you're not alone. Many product managers feel like they're struggling to navigate a world of constant change where they’re tasked with making smart, clear decisions.
What’s the secret weapon to tackle this? Clarity.
This month at ProductTank Berlin, we bring you a two-part deep dive to help you understand product clarity and bring it into your day-to-day work.
Part 1 - Clarity for Product People
First, Arne will define what clarity means in the context of product management, and share powerful insights and practical strategies to help you achieve it. He’ll explore how to cut through the clutter, sharpen your product focus, and communicate with impact.
Walk away with:
✅ A fresh perspective on tackling ambiguity and clarity.
✅ Tools to effortlessly align your team and stakeholders.
✅ Strategies for transforming complex problems into clear product narratives.
Part 2 - Leverage Clarity in Product Experiments
Thanks to Arne, you've now got a plan for a clear product direction – but how do you prove it works? A/B testing should provide answers, but poorly designed experiments often lead to misleading results and wasted effort. To tackle this, Dasha will then show you how to leverage clarity onto your experimentation efforts.
Learn how to:
✅ Plan experiments with clarity and purpose.
✅ Understand the most common A/B testing mistakes - and how to avoid them.
✅ Analyze results effectively and iterate with confidence.
Clarity isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the key to building great products, aligning teams, and making confident decisions. But achieving it is tough – especially when you're the one everyone else looks to for answers. Come join us for an evening of learning, networking and practical takeaways on how you can tackle ambiguity with clarity no matter what level of your product career you’re in.

Dasha Kostromska
Dasha is a Senior Product Manager who thrives on turning ambiguity into action (and making sure teams don’t lose their minds in the process). With over 8 years of experience in fast-moving startups and big international companies, she’s worked across industries like e-commerce, tech, and automotive, helping teams navigate the messy, exciting world of product development.
Dasha loves breaking down complex problems, bringing people together, and launching products that actually solve real problems (because the world has enough confusing interfaces already). Along the way, she’s learned that great products aren’t just about big ideas — they’re about collaboration, adaptability, and knowing when to zoom out, rethink, and come back with a fresh perspective.
