So much is changing in the product world. Obviously Generative AI is already having a profound impact. But also several roles and methods of the past are no longer as relevant as they once were, with Agile being a prime example.

Increasingly, companies are moving to the Product Operating Model to leverage AI's benefits, which also highlights the need for much stronger product leadership. During this fireside chat, Marty and Elias will discuss these topics, emphasizing what this means for companies and product people in Germany.
