Through the lens of product leadership and management, Asomi and Jon will merge the importance of soft skills in product management with small group improv exercises.

Have you ever been hit with a question you weren't prepared for or found yourself in a difficult situation? How did you respond? This session will help you feel more comfortable in those interpersonal situations as a product professional. We'll flex the 'think on your feet' muscle with context around why you should consider making this a regular practice.

Asomi Ithia, Product Strategist, Author, Speaker, Writer, Coach and Mentor
Asomi is a Product Strategist with product management experience in organisations such as Barclays, BT, Cognizant, 02, Sky & Thomson Reuters. Today, through his work within organisations, public and in-house training and talks, he helps individuals and organisations create and execute product strategies that deliver results.

He’s also authored 4 product management books, is an event co-host, writer, speaker and mentor..

Jon Trevor
Jon has been teaching, facilitating and training aspects of personal communication for 30 years.
He is the founder and Chief Improvocateur of Improv Initiative (2011), using the power of Applied Improvisation to effect positive organisational change.
He is the founder and CEO of Let’s Talk Training (2006), providing more broadly-based training and facilitating in interpersonal communication skills.
He is the co-founder of Medical Improv GB (2023), specifically using applied improvisation to train healthcare professionals.
He founded, and runs, Birmingham Improv C.I.C (2015), teaching the skills of comedy and theatre improv, hosting and performing shows, and teaching, hosting and promoting improv workshops.
He is the director of the biennial Birmingham Improv Festival.
