While we were looking forward to our scheduled guest, life happened and our speaker can no longer make it. But at ProductTank Birmingham, we believe some of the best insights come from the room itself.

So, we’re pivoting to one of our favourite high-energy formats that we love for its honesty and depth: The Lean Coffee.

The Topic: Navigating the AI Shift Together
The 'AI Era' isn't just about new features; it’s fundamentally changing the state of our roles. Whether you’re in Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data, and beyond the ground is shifting beneath us.

We feel it’s time for an open, honest chat about what that actually looks like on the ground in Birmingham - to learn and share together in our great community.

We want to get into the weeds of our collective experience:

• The landscape: What are we seeing, hearing, and learning in our daily work and lives?
• The pulse: What is genuinely exciting us, and what concerns us most?
• The toolkit: Which tools are changing your workflow, and which ones are you still fighting to get access to?
• The future: How can we, as a community, leverage our shared experiences to evolve our roles for the years ahead?
• Or anything you'd like us to talk about!

How it works:
There is no 'expert' on a pedestal tonight. We’ll start with a blank wall where you pitch the specific AI topics you want to discuss. We vote on the favourites and dive into timed, democratic discussions.

No slides, no speakers - just real product people navigating a conversation around a massive industry and societal shift together.
