Unfortunately, ending up in lots of wasted hopes, resources and opportunities. And few critical learnings.

Topic: How we oversimplified our product and lost our customer data (20 min)
Working as a product manager on a B2B project management tool used by 20k business customers is challenging not only because of the complexity of the product but also because of the processes that each customer has built in it, and every product change has to consider that. I will speak about the time when we wanted to simplify the UX and onboarding of our product. While doing that, we didn’t think about our existing customers, all impact it would have, and eventually even lost some customer data.
