1️⃣ AI Meets Product Discovery: Better Insights, Faster Decisions
In this session, we'll talk about how AI can change the game in Product Discovery. We'll explore real examples and practical tips on how to use AI to understand customers better, test ideas quickly, and make smarter decisions. Come learn how AI can help your team innovate faster and with less risk!

Speaker: Viktoria Korzhova (Product People)
Dr. Viktoria Korzhova, VP of Product at Product People, has a PhD in Neuroscience and has 8+ years of Product & Project Management experience. She has worked with both B2B and B2C products in different industries, including fintech, mobility, e-commerce, digital health/ wellness, travel, edtech, real estate, etc. She has experience leading multiple cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives and growth Product Managers become Product Leaders.

2️⃣ Prototype First Before You Write the PRD
Forget lengthy PRDs. Today’s product work is about embracing lightweight AI prototypes as the fastest way to align with engineers and bring ideas to life. In this talk, I’ll share how quick, hands-on prototyping has helped me validate concepts, speed up discovery, and build stronger collaboration with engineering. As a bonus, I’ll also show how I used the same approach to plan my next trip.

Former software engineer turned product manager. Currently driving AI innovation in Bloomreach, focusing on empowering marketers through Autonomous Marketing Agents. Passionate about building fast, learning faster, and putting working prototypes in front of stakeholders.

3️⃣ Prototyping with AI from start to end
There is plenty of discussion online about the benefits of AI for creating prototypes quickly, and communicating with engineering through usable prototypes. In this talk, I'll show my process that includes the combination of several tools, and ends in a deployable, shareable tool.

Speaker: Viktor Nagy (founding own startup, exGitLab)
Viktor is a B2B product manager with 10+ years of experience who worked from startups to enterprises, like GitLab. His technical background allows him to enter into technical discussions if needed, but his real strengths are 0-1 strategy and discovery. Currently, he is building his own company in the DevSecOps space and coaching product managers, teams and startups in product practices.
