You’ll learn and share experiences on how to handle conflicts with challenging stakeholders. Some questions we'll try to answer together are:
- how do you cope with the situation where a highly confrontational stakeholder overthrows previous alignments you made?
- how do you deal with a strong request to change of plans after you already and everybody else is invested in the old plan?

Challenge Example:
A key stakeholder in a product team missed several calls where important decisions need to be made due to other urgent priorities that landed on his desk. The other stakeholders have aligned amongst themselves and proceeded with the execution of the decision. A few weeks later, the missing stakeholder was informed about the decision and strongly objected it, claiming it would lead to undermine efforts and investment put by his team.
