Margret has spent her career at the point where design meets product - 16 years at TiVo as Chief Design Officer on the DVR that changed how we watch television, then product and UX for Google's Chrome browser, and now leading UX design and research at Roku.

Laure has spent 20+ years building streaming and TV platforms at Netflix, Sony/Crunchyroll and now Roku, scaling products to 500M+ devices worldwide.

Together, they will talk about “Earning the Right to Personalise: User trust as a KPI” with insights about how Product and UX jointly decide what data-driven personalisation is worth doing, treating user trust as a design constraint, not an afterthought.
