AI is on the team. Now what?
Your product team in 2027 probably includes something that isn’t a person. What does that do to everyone else?
AI is already changing more than the products and services we build. It is changing how product teams work.
For this ProductTank Canberra session, Ash Donaldson, Julia Suh and Dr Meg Tonkin will share what they’ve learned from 18 months designing AI-enabled services in regulated environments, where shipping a confident-sounding answer isn’t enough.
They found it changed how their teams worked more than they expected.
Roles blurred. Some decisions moved. And a few product artefacts they had used for a decade stopped earning their place.
This isn’t an AI trends talk, it’s a practical conversation about what happens when AI becomes part of the team, including the parts that didn’t work.
