๐ค - Lucy is the director of Oh Blimey, a consultancy that supports organisations to go-to-market, build repeatable marketing processes, and develop the confidence theyโre pursuing the right activities.
With clients in the US and UK, she's helped to validate and launch over 20 products and services. Her work has been featured in TechCrunch, Business of Software, Barclays Eagle Labs, and Sifted.
๐ข - Using the JTBD framework, I will talk you through how we unlocked what our customers really wanted and created marketing and product offering around it. The session will include a number of case studies with stats on how we were able to take this innovation framework and translate it into revenue.

๐ค - With over 8 years experience working across Product roles from scales-ups to multinationals, from Fire safety, Telecoms, eCommerce to FinTech Jamie has a varied experience of product.
Jamie is currently a Product Owner at Moneyhub a FinTech Open Banking scale up where he leads a team focusing on improving financial wellbeing for its users on it's D2C solution as well as its clients.
Having a passion for product skillset, a fondness for improving ways of working or processes along with desires to support, nurture and coach Jamie has setup and ran Communities of Practices across many organisations he has worked as well as being a co-organised of ProductTank Cardiff.
๐ข - In this talk I will cover some of the mistakes I made when managing stakeholders and assumptions I made that were wrong and lead to misalignment, frustration and a loss of trust.
I will introduce the audience to a process I have created and follow when either starting with a new product or project, taking steps to make sure I am understanding and communicating with my stakeholders to build trust, confidence and good ways of working.
