👤 - Dr. Viktoria Korzhova, COO and VP of Product at Product People, has a PhD in Neuroscience and has 8+ years of Product & Project Management experience. She has worked with both B2B and B2C products in different industries including fintech, mobility, e-commerce, digital health/ wellness, travel, edtech, real estate, etc. She has experience leading multiple cross-functional teams to drive high-impact initiatives and growth Product Managers to become Product Leaders.

📢 - Product Managers should be not only user advocates and delivery managers, but also commercial leaders of their product. Unfortunately, many PMs shy away from looking into the business side of their work, thinking that they need financial education or an MBA to master it. In this talk, we will uncover that many PMs already possess most of the needed commercial skills, and understand how to apply them in the workplace to create impact and strengthen relationships with business stakeholders.
