🎤 Rich Barrett, Co-founder & CTO
Rich has spent 18 years building technology businesses as co-founder and CTO, and has sold three of them, including Parcel Monkey and Cloud Fulfilment. Between them they've generated more than £250m in online sales for over a million customers. He lives in Wales and spends a lot of time thinking about the gap between a good product and a good business.

Parcel Monkey and Cloud Fulfilment had the same founders, worked in the same sector and both had strong products. One grew far more easily than the other. Rich will unpick why, and share the questions he now asks up front: can this be sold, delivered and supported profitably? Expect to leave with a few awkward questions about your own product.
