He is a former educator in human-centered design and computer science, and he regularly speaks at conferences such as IxDA's international Interaction conference.

Jonathan holds a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the College of Charleston.
