Join us for a high-energy, hands-on workshop designed to elevate your strategic product thinking using two indispensable frameworks: the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC).

Whether you're validating a new idea, pivoting an existing product, or looking to clearly articulate your value creation engine, this session will provide the tools and experience you need.

## What You Will Do

• Network with Purpose: Kick off the event with "Product Stories Speed Connect," a structured ice-breaker to meet fellow product professionals and share real-world product challenges.
• Deconstruct the Canvas: Get a concise, practical overview of the 9 building blocks of the Business Model Canvas and how the Value Proposition Canvas plugs directly into the core of your offering.
• Hands-On Application: Work in small, collaborative groups to apply the canvases to a real or simulated product challenge. You might redesign a familiar product for a new market or design a solution from a user problem.
• Share and Learn: Each group will have a chance to present their BMC, focusing on their biggest insights and debates.
• Connect and Grow: Stay for our "Take One, Leave One" wrap-up activity to exchange resources, tools, and contacts with the local product community.
