We all want to work close to our users. We aim to truly understand their needs and solve their problems. A systematic approach to Discovery Work can ensure this focus on user needs. In theory we all know this. In practice our focus and time dedication to this important topic isn't always consistent and efficient.

So who better to ask for his insights on how to practically do amazing Discovery work while not losing sight of shipping and our strategic priorities. Tim Herbig has been thinking, teaching and writing about this for a long time.
