Making Strategy easy. But how?

Dear Product People in Cologne:

Does strategy seem like this difficult thing that super smart people do in an exclusive setting? Does it seem to require leaving the office for a once a year offsite to come up with a plan? And is it done for the sake of a strategic plan, or asked differently: what's the point of strategy?

Markus has been thinking, making and speaking about strategy for a while. He's been working on demystifying strategy as a topic and working with product people on helping them master their strategy skills.

He will come with inspirations how each one of us - regardless of current role or title - can contribute to regular strategic dialogue in our organizations.

We'll hear a short intro on the topic of making product strategy and then have a ton of opportunity to ask questions, just like we did with Tim Herbig in our last event in December.
