For this in-person Product Tank event, we will be joined by Phil Hornby to talk about how to make great decisions and manage risk. If you ask a product person anything, you will often hear “it depends” or “no.” It’s hard making product decisions. Everything is uncertain and depends on the context that is often only partially visible. There is a high degree of risk, but they are expected to move fast and have an impact. It’s time to go beyond one-way and two-way doors and make better decisions.
