Vikas, with over two decades of industry experience, currently heads the UX division in SAP Lab's Customer Innovation & Maintenance (CIM) team. He has collaborated closely with numerous SAP customers as a UX specialist and can offer valuable insights. Additionally, he's among the rare SAP experts who have witnessed the shift in UX from a service-centric to a product-centric approach.
