In our first workshop (Vibe Coding 101) we built a working front-end prototype in real time — no coding background required — using vibe coding (describing what you want to build in plain language and letting AI do the heavy lifting).

This time, we’re taking it further.

Now, in Vibe Coding 201, we’ll go beyond front-end UI to add advanced, high-impact capabilities that make your app feel like a real product tool:

• Persistence — so your app remembers data between sessions.
• AI integration — connecting to the OpenAI API to make your tool smarter.

Why we're doing this

Why go beyond prototypes, for product managers? The product discipline is evolving fast as we move deeper into the era of AI. The role of a product manager is getting more technical in certain areas, especially for those who see themselves as Product Builders.

For some PMs, the ability to spin up a V1, prototype AI-driven features, or contribute meaningfully to the current product will soon be table stakes. That doesn’t mean you need to become a software engineer, but it does mean developing the skills and muscle memory to work directly with AI to create and iterate on functional tools. And with the progressively evolving AI-powered vibe coding tools available, this is getting easier for non-techies by the day.

This series is about building those skills over time. Part 2 is just one step on that journey — a little deeper into the solution space than the typical PM workshop, and still highly guided. Our goal: help you gain the confidence to take on more technical, AI-powered product work in a way that’s practical and repeatable.
