Speaker: Kaleb Garner is an Engineering Lead at HaloMD, setting architectural direction for multiple projects, including a core document generation platform. Kaleb's experience spans the entire stack. Early in his career at DoctorLogic, he served as the design and technical lead for enterprise healthcare clients including Mint Dentistry, USMD, and GI Alliance, supporting more than 40,000 patients a day. After joining HaloMD, Kaleb inherited a fragile platform logging over 1,000 failures a week and led its redesign, cutting critical failures by 99% and raising automation from 30% to over 80%. Today, his work spans system and platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, and production AI/LLM systems, focusing on translating business problems into technical solutions.
