ProductTank Dublin is back for September's edition in partnership with Teckro!

We are thrilled to be joined by long-time ProducTank community member Braden Henrichs and Diarmuid O'Neill from Wayfler for a fireside chat on cracking the mystery and myths of "Product Engineering".

Synopsis: Product engineers: what are they and how can they help deliver better product?

There are more and more roles in product teams, particularly as orgs grow and the product becomes more complex. This is often well-intentioned to create more time for focused work (e.g. more time for engineers to do development). We'll discuss how Wayflyer use product engineers as an alternative, what that means for the business and how to hire and build a culture for it. This session will be split between a brief presentation and then Q&A.

Speakers:
Braden Henrichs is Senior PM at Wayflyer and joined as part of the initial PM cohort.

Diarmuid O'Neill is Senior Engineering Manager at Wayfler who joined 2 years ago and grew the engineering org from less than 10 to nearly 80 engineers today.
