ProductTank Exeter is back with two more talks as well as the usual chance to meet and talk with other Product professionals. This time, we will be providing a delicious selection of sweet thanks to our sponsor Tribus People!

Mirela Mus: Transforming Product Organizations Beyond the Buzzwords… Now Including AI 🤖
The Product Management world came through a rude awakening when the ZIRP (Zero Interest Rate Policies) ended in March 2022. And companies became tight on cash. This forced us to mature fast and go beyond pedalling Agile, OKRs, and others without showing a clear ROI. So how can you transform and improve your Product Organization to survive and thrive in a difficult climate? And how will Gen AI accelerate our life and work?

Mirela Mus is the Founder & CPO of Product People, the premier destination for Product Management in Europe. Mirela worked with companies like Zalando, Omio, DeepL, and The World Health Organization. Her background is in Computer Science with an MBA. She's been doing Product Management for over 12 years, half of them in a leadership role (50+ people headcount). Based in Berlin since 2015, Mirela spends her downtime hiking, reading Sci-fi like the Culture Series, playing board games, and painting. Mirela is also a Top Product Management Voice on LinkedIn with 30k+ followers.

Hannah is a Product Manager based right here in Exeter. Having previously worked at start ups and scale ups, she's now at the Met Office. You'll recognise her as a co-host of ProductTank Exeter... and that's about it. She clearly has work to do to get her bio as impressive as Mirela's.
