In Vietnam, #Ecommerce, is no longer a new concept. Its benefits are enormous, including saving cost, increasing global presence of the companies, and most importantly, giving ways to a larger market access.

With the help of technology, consumers are more likely to search, compare and purchase from online websites, e-commerce marketplaces, mobile apps, and social sites. Moreover, with the COVID-19 epidemic raging this year, customer behavior has adapted this new shopping behavior faster than ever, causing traditional commercial models to suffer considerably,

However, when the domestic market is not enough and globalization is bringing along a great deal of growth opportunities, Vietnamese businesses are and should start expanding and bringing their products to international markets.
