When trying to market and sell products, too many companies focus on presenting product features. Features are important, but what the customer most cares about is how a product is going to address their needs.

A well-defined messaging platform makes sure that your company is marketing and selling your value proposition and that all internal stakeholders are aligned on those key messages. Without a messaging platform, you are more likely to create marketplace confusion, not achieve your revenue goals and create a negative perception about your product.

Product Managers and Product Marketers must own the message and then enable the organization to take this message to the market. In this presentation we’ll present the key elements and format for a strong messaging platform.

In the workshop, you will learn:

✅ How to align it around your target market segments and personas
✅ Conduct exercises where you can begin working on your messaging platform and receive feedback.

All participants will receive templates that they can use as they create and communicate the messaging platform for their product.
