Our first event in 2021 will be an interactive virtual meetup on the interactive Wonder.me platform, where we will form multiple circles to discuss and share around the following topics:

1. How to break into Product Management?

You may be a subject matter expert (e.g. developer, marketer etc.) and were assigned to become a Product Manager. Or you may be joining a startup and want to create exciting products with your team. Soon you will find your job difficult due to the overwhelming and conflicting requests from different stakeholders; or tense relationships between teams. Definitely there are some tips and best practices to tackle these challenges, and we will share more in this circle.

2. How do we define the "V" in a MVP product?

Many of us want to launch MVP (Minimum Viable Product) sooner rather than later to "fail fast, learn fast"; but yet, many of us focus on the "M" (Minimum scope), rather than making sure your end product is "V" (Viable). How do we know if our minimum scope product is actually not viable? From story slicing techniques to combating with perfectionism; from focusing on delivering key values to customers to testing the market, this is definitely a simple but yet challenging question for us to further discuss.

3. Is the Clubhouse hype going to last?

Have you got a Clubhouse account? Or you are already an addicted user of this fast-growing social app and constantly tracking the time when Elon Musk starts another talk? In this circle, let's discuss what makes Clubhouse such a huge hype in less than one year by exploring its growth model; and whether you think its unique characteristics will help it establish a new norm of our social space in longer run.

- To ensure everyone has equal chance to share, each circle can only hold 15 people at any one time. First come first serve.

- We will set up different room areas based on the above topics where we encourage you to join or form circles within those areas so newcomers know what to expect.

- To make sure everyone can listen to each other clearly, please mute yourself if you are not talking.

- When someone is sharing a screen, please ask if you would like to share yours instead.

- You are encouraged to enable your webcam so everyone can see you. Face-to-face conversation does make a difference!

- Wonder.me platform does not currently support iPad and Android tablets. You should either use a computer for video conversations or a smartphone for voice conversations.

- Unless otherwise specified in the room areas, the primary language of this event will be English.

- Since there will be multiple conversations happening at the same time, we are not going to livestream the conversations to YouTube this time, nor will we record the sessions. You are encouraged to join the conversations on Wonder.me directly.
